Senior Pentester – £75k – Remote – 4-Day Week (Full Pay)

We’re working with a fast-growing, mission-led tech company that’s rethinking how offensive security is delivered — and they’re doing it all on a genuine 4-day workweek (32 hours, full pay).
They’re now looking for a Senior Pentester to help shape how penetration testing is carried out across a variety of client environments. This is a strategic, hands-on role and a key hire in their next phase of growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and delivering penetration testing engagements (CREST-aligned)
Working across a wide range of infrastructure, cloud, and SaaS environments
Producing high-quality reports with practical, actionable recommendations
Scoping projects and supporting clients as a trusted subject matter expert
Helping to scale offensive security through improved tooling and techniques
Collaborating across internal teams to drive a security-first cultureWhat you’ll need:

Proven experience in senior pentesting roles
CREST CRT and OSCP certifications (essential for commercial delivery)
Strong hands-on skills with tools like Kali Linux, Dradis, Nessus, AWS, and M365What’s on offer:
