Are you an experienced IT Risk & Governance professional looking for your next challenge? Do you have a passion for cybersecurity, IT governance, and risk management? If so, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

We’re hiring a Senior IT Risk & Governance Analyst on behalf of a leader in motor finance, based in Redhill, Surrey.

This hybrid role (3 days in the office) will see you working as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, shaping governance processes, and driving improvements in IT and cyber risk management.

Your Impact

🔹 Manage IT & Cyber Risk portfolios, ensuring mitigations are in place
🔹 Develop & implement governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulations
🔹 Partner with key stakeholders to enhance data quality & risk management
🔹 Provide assurance on IT risk controls and prepare reports for senior leadership
🔹 Oversee ethical phishing campaigns & lead cyber awareness initiatives
🔹 Collaborate with internal & external audit teams to review evidence & track remediation
🔹 Deliver IT risk & cybersecurity training, ensuring an informed and prepared workforce

What You’ll Need

✔ Significant experience in IT Risk, Governance, or Cybersecurity
✔ Strong knowledge of IT control & audit frameworks (COBIT, CRISC, ISO2700X, ITIL)
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis & reporting
✔ Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
✔ Confidence in delivering Risk & Cybersecurity training
✔ Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and adapt to changing business needs
