IT Projects and Change Manager
Location: Derby-based with occasional travel to other UK offices

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering impactful technology projects and driving structured change?

We are seeking a skilled IT Projects and Change Manager to lead the planning, execution and embedding of IT initiatives that support strategic transformation across a dynamic professional services environment.

This is a dual role combining hands-on project delivery with ownership of the IT change management framework. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and business users to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption.
You will also lead the Change Advisory Board and ensure all changes are assessed, approved and communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects aligned to business priorities
Define scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage risks, dependencies and resources across multiple initiatives
Own and manage the IT Change Management framework in line with ITIL best practice
Chair the Change Advisory Board and maintain the forward schedule of change
Ensure compliance with ISO27001, GDPR and regulatory obligations
Drive user adoption and training as part of project delivery
Build strong relationships across departments and influence at all levels Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in IT project and/or change management, ideally within professional services
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Change and Release Management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with ITSM and project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project)
Knowledge of information security, compliance and risk management
ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) essential; Practitioner level desirable
