Oliver James is mandated by their global consulting client to assist in hiring a Senior Manager within their Cyber Security Operations, specializing in Cyber Security Architecture. The role can be based in London, Manchester, Bristol, or Edinburgh on a hybrid basis, with a salary up to approximately £120,000 plus a wider package.

Role Responsibilities

Decide the best course of action to detect, investigate, and respond to threats.
Develop and establish processes, governance, and ways of working to enable the delivery of the target operating model and service catalogue.
Support research activities to maintain cutting-edge cybersecurity practices.
Work with Engineers & Threat Hunters to analyze data from dashboards for strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Lead migration and implementation strategies and plans.

Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates should demonstrate capabilities in:

Solution design and development.
Experience with Architecture Frameworks, ideally TOGAF.
Strong understanding of Security Operations within or alongside Security Operations Centres.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Delivery team management, overseeing teams of 5-15 across various locations and cultures.
Client stakeholder management with strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders from CISO to Developers.
