Aztrum Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded UK technology services provider to recruit a Security Solutions Architect.

Our client is a privately owned IT services organisation with a strong track record in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services. Experiencing consistent year-on-year growth, they maintain long-standing partnerships with leading security vendors and are widely recognised for both technical excellence and an exceptional workplace culture.

This role is ideal for a security-focused technical professional who enjoys customer engagement, supporting sales teams, and designing modern cybersecurity solutions within an MSP or IT reseller environment.

The Role: Security Solutions Architect

As a Security Solutions Architect, you will join an established Solutions Engineering team and play a pivotal role in delivering expert technical pre-sales support across the security portfolio.

This is a highly customer-facing position, requiring regular engagement with both prospective and existing clients. You will help customers understand their security risks and challenges, translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven solutions. Working closely with sales teams, you will support opportunity qualification, solution design, and the creation of high-quality proposals and tender responses.

You will also represent the business during customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and webinars, positioning the organisation as a trusted cybersecurity adviser.

Key Responsibilities: Security Solutions Architect

Deliver high-quality technical pre-sales services (both chargeable and non-chargeable) to new and existing customers
Act as a trusted technical adviser, building strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
Support sales teams with technical expertise during meetings, discovery sessions, and opportunity qualification
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations at customer meetings, events, and webinars
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs)
Assess and compare competing security technologies to recommend the most suitable solutions
Contribute to solution architecture and the production of proposals, scopes of work, and tender responsesSkills & Experience: Security Solutions Architect

Essential

Experience in technical consultancy, pre-sales, or customer-facing project delivery within an MSP or IT reseller environment
Strong background in IT infrastructure and services, with a focus on security
Proven ability to produce high-quality customer-facing documentation
Strong commercial awareness and ability to align technical solutions with business value
Excellent presentation, communication, and demonstration skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
UK-based with flexibility to travel as required
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UKDesirable

Certifications or hands-on experience with technologies such as Sophos, Fortinet, N-Able, Mimecast, Barracuda, Microsoft, or similar
Experience delivering webinars, workshops, or customer-facing events
Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity principles and best practices
Experience contributing to technical thought leadership or security-related contentWhat’s on Offer
