We are working with a fast growing SaaS vendor who have received investment. This person will lead the transformation of internal technology systems including ERP, Telephone, & CPQ. You'll be accountable for translating business priorities through implementation, configure systems, and enable business users to use systems through training.

This role is delivery focussed. You'll own planning, budgets, delivery, implementation, configuration, supplier coordination, integration, testing, and overall transformation transition. This is a great role for someone who has high energy, is delivery focussed, and has experience transforming similar internal business systems.

Programme Manager - internal IT systems - Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of concurrent internal technology systems projects (CPQ, ERP and telephony)
• Own project plans, budgets, governance, risks, and delivery
• Measure delivery success against agreed business outcomes and user adoption
• Manage system changes, implementation, configuration, and training (include APIs, automation, data flows, and testing)
• Manager vendor procurement and delivery
• Ensure systems incorporate information security, privacy, and data protection

Programme Manager - internal IT systems- Requirements

• Experience delivering internal system implementation (including ERP, telephone, CPQ)
• Experience delivering multiple internal technology system implementations and upgrades
• Experience taking systems through requirements, selection, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, adoption and transition to operational support
• Experience managing external technology vendors or implementation partners
• Experience in a growing company where you need to combine strategic thinking with hands on project management
• Working knowledge of API integrations and data flows
• Confident in engaging senior leadership and presenting delivery status and risks
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
