Are you a Printer Technician or IT Support Engineer with a background in Printer and Copiers looking for an autonomous role offering a great work-life balance with remote working and regular hours offering IT support for print management solutions across multiple sectors?

In this role you will you be responsible for repairing, servicing and maintaining a wide range of scanning, printing and imaging equipment entirely remotely across office & school environments. You will responsible for print management administration, customer service, system monitoring and adhering to security and compliance regulations. This role operates from 8am-5PM with 1hr lunchbreak Monday-Friday with occasional participation in on-call support.

This company are well established primarily across the South East, having multiple repeat clients who have been with them for decades. They continue to grow off their great reputation, and are looking for an experienced Printer Technician to join their them. They service across a range of sectors including commercial, corporate and educational environments.

The Role:

• Servicing and repairing printing management systems
• Remote IT support
• Customer service, system monitoring, security and compliance
• Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 1hr Lunch

The Person:

• Printer, Scanner, Photocopier IT, Engineer or similar
• Able to work remotely
• Commutable to Henley-on-Thames
