We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Project Manager, with demonstrable knowledge in Operational Technology and it's deployment within highly regulated industrial sectors.

What we are looking for :

  • Effectively manage complex OT projects, drive operational efficiency, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of project teams
  • Ensure project teams stay on task and on schedule
  • Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and 3rd parties
  • Monitor project progress and report on project status to upper management
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Streamline governance and efficient risk mitigation processes
  • Threat analysis / threat modelling and vulnerabilities management

    The OT Project Manager will bring a combination of technical knowledge, project management expertise, industry-specific experience, and strong leadership skills.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of OT systems, including SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and other industrial control systems.
  • Systems Integration: Proven experience in integrating OT solutions with IT systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Cybersecurity: Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards and practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect industrial networks.
  • Project Planning: Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of effectively communicating with and managing stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing quality control measures to ensure project outcomes meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in industries such as manufacturing or supply chain, where OT is pivotal to operations.
  • Risk Mapping * Enhanced compliance management, ability to map to industry frameworks* Control implementation, monitoring, testing, attestation per frameworks
  • Threat analysis / threat modelling and vulnerability management.
    This is a hybrid role, with an onsite expectation in Liverpool. The role is outside IR35.
