Location: London / Hybrid Working

Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 (Depending on Experience) + Benefits + potential bonus

Due to continued growth and increasing demand for Microsoft Security and Compliance services, they have created a new opportunity for a Microsoft Purview Security Consultant to join their expanding team.

About You

You will have experience delivering Microsoft Purview solutions and be comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Commercial experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Purview solutions.

* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance technologies.

* Experience with:

o Microsoft Information Protection

o Sensitivity Labels

o Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

o Data Lifecycle Management

o Records Management

o eDiscovery (Standard and Premium)

o Insider Risk Management

o Communication Compliance

o Compliance Manager

* Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and identity security concepts.

* Experience working in a customer-facing consultancy or professional services environment.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong documentation and presentation skills.

* Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

* Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

* Microsoft Security, Compliance or Azure certifications.

* Experience with Microsoft Defender technologies.

* Understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001 and other compliance frameworks.

* Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles.

* Experience delivering Microsoft 365 transformation or migration projects.

Pre-Sales Experience Highly Beneficial

Candidates who have supported technical pre-sales activities will be highly regarded.

This may include:

* Delivering customer demonstrations and technical presentations.

* Supporting proof-of-concept engagements.

* Assisting with solution design and proposal creation.

* Responding to RFPs, RFIs and tender submissions.

* Working alongside sales and account management teams.

Providing technical input during customer workshops and business development activities

The Role

As a Microsoft Purview Security Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Purview solutions for enterprise customers. Working closely with clients, you will provide technical expertise across data governance, information protection, compliance and risk management initiatives.

This is a hands-on consulting role that requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to deliver successful outcomes across a variety of client environments.

The role is primarily hybrid, with the flexibility and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
