The Role

As a Lead Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of your specialist tech vertical owning relationships, driving revenue, and delivering best-in-class talent solutions. You'll have the freedom to shape your desk, backed by a powerful brand, global client base, and a high-performing, collaborative team.

What you'll be doing:

Headhunt and attract top-tier tech professionals across the UK & Europe
Win and grow client relationships - from start-ups to global enterprises
Run full 360 recruitment cycles with speed, quality, and integrity
Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging market insight, tech trends, and competitive intelligence
Build your personal brand as a go-to market expert
Drive new business and expand into high-value accounts and verticals
Operate consultatively, providing strategic hiring advice to clients and candidates alike
