IT Support Engineer

Exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a thriving business based near Didcot, offering up to £40,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits

The role

As IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• providing excellent 1st-2nd line support and service to users across the business, both locally and internationally
• building and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices etc. (predominantly Windows, some MacOS)
• managing starters / leavers process, building and deploying new equipment as well as decommissioning
• managing and supporting M365, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune etc.
• license management (software & hardware)
• support on various IT projects

About you

Applicants for the IT Support Engineer role will have:

• prior experience gained in a similar IT Support, Help desk, Service Desk, IT Technician role
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• experience with M365, Windows, Intune, Windows, Entra ID etc.
• excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to take ownership of problems
• basic networking and cyber security skills
