• Work with external IT providers and suppliers when specialist support is required, helping to communicate issues and coordinate resolutions.

• Assist with data backups, recovery procedures and general business continuity activities where required.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security procedures, including password management, access controls, device security and user awareness.

• Assist with routine system updates, software installations, security updates and other IT maintenance activities.

• Help maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment allocations, software licences, user accounts and system documentation.

• Assist with the maintenance of the company's IT systems, networks and other technology infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot common technical issues, diagnose faults and provide clear, user-friendly guidance to colleagues.

• Support the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, shared mailboxes, Teams and other business applications.

• Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, including setting up user accounts, permissions, equipment and access to relevant systems.

• Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment for new and existing employees.

• Log, monitor and update IT support requests, ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution and escalated where appropriate.

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, responding to hardware, software, network, email and access-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Skills:
