📍 Location: South of England (open to locations)
💼 Package: £55,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance + Double OTE (Uncapped)

The Role

As Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key accounts in the education sector. You'll act as a trusted advisor, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand our services.

Key responsibilities:

Own and develop strategic relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.
Drive account growth by aligning our IT services to client needs and sector challenges.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across new and existing accounts.
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure service excellence.
Hit and exceed revenue and growth targets, leveraging your sector knowledge.Essential skills & experience:

Proven experience as an Account Director (or similar senior account management role) in IT Managed Services.
Strong knowledge of the education sector and its technology challenges.
A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at senior level.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
A consultative, solution-oriented approach.What We Offer
