Information Security Lead

We are working a new cyber security requirement for a global company expanding its cyber function as part of a major security transformation. The company is building a new, focused team to strengthen protection across IT and Security environments worldwide.

The Role

This is a key position within a newly established global cyber team. The Information Security Lead will support a multi-year security rollout across over 200 manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent security standards and resilience.

This is a strategic and hands-on role offering global exposure and the chance to make a visible impact. You’ll help shape and implement cybersecurity standards across a complex, high-growth business operating in over 80 countries.

Key focus areas:

Implementing and monitoring governance, compliance & security controls

Managing vulnerability assessments, risk remediation, and incident response

Aligning with ISO 27001, NIST etc

Driving security awareness and best practice across global teams

What You’ll Bring

Strong background in cybersecurity or risk management

Experience applying security frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR)

Ability to perform audits, interpret risks and influence change

Confident communicator with technical and business stakeholders

Nice To Have

Knowledge of OT/ICS environments or a strong interest in learning
