You’ll lead IT Service & Operations across the UK, ensuring services are resilient, secure, well-governed and aligned to business needs within a global technology environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead IT Service Management, SIAM and multi-supplier environments
- Drive service performance, governance and continual improvement
- Oversee Major Incident and Problem Management
- Manage suppliers, risk, controls and regulatory compliance
- Lead Business Continuity and Operational Resilience
- Support IT policy and Information Security governance
- Lead and develop the IT Service & Operations team
About YouYou’ll be an accomplished IT leader with strong ITSM experience in a regulated environment, ideally with expertise in SIAM, governance, operational resilience and multi-vendor service delivery.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery.
