Are you an IT Manager with a background across infrastructure, ERP ownership, and cybersecurity, looking to take full ownership of a global IT function within an advanced technology business operating at the cutting edge of Satellite Communications, 5G/6G, and Photonics?

This is a unique opportunity to join a world-leading semiconductor and communications organisation supplying high-performance solutions to Fortune 100 companies and emerging technology leaders worldwide. With operations across the UK, Sweden, the USA, and India, the business is undergoing a major IT transformation and is now looking to appoint a senior IT leader to build and shape the Group IT function from the ground up.

In this hands-on role you will be owning the Group IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and core systems landscape while working closely with senior stakeholders, Finance, Operations, and an outsourced IT provider to ensure all the business processes are streamlined.

This role would suit an IT Manager with a strong infrastructure background, proven ERP ownership, and practical cybersecurity experience who is looking for full autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to build a modern, scalable IT environment across a global organisation.

The Role:

Full ownership of Group IT infrastructure across global sites

Oversee networks, cloud/on-prem servers, endpoints, and identity management (M365/Azure)

Own ERP, CRM, and MRP systems roadmap, integrations, and process improvements

Lead cybersecurity initiatives including MFA, IAM, monitoring, patching, and incident response
