General Cover Staff – Teachers, LSAs, Instructors & Cover Supervisors – Birmingham

Due to the increased demand for professional, reliable, and enthusiastic cover staff, TeacherActive are looking to recruit immediately in the Birmingham area.

We are currently seeking Teachers, LSAs, Instructors, and Cover Supervisors for our secondary and FE schools across the region.

Roles will involve following lesson plans set by permanent staff, supporting pupils’ learning, and ensuring behaviour and disruption are kept to a minimum.

A range of assignments are available, from day-to-day emergency cover to short-term, long-term, and permanent opportunities.

As a member of our team, you will require:

At least 6 months’ classroom-based experience

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

Flexibility across a range of subjects and key stages

A passion for education and making a difference
