DevOps / DevSecOps Engineers – Harness, Ansible & Cloud Security
Location: London, Manchester, Leeds or Halifax
Contract: 12 months (DevOps Platform Engineer); DevSecOps duration to be confirmed

We are recruiting experienced engineers for two exciting opportunities within a large UK financial services environment.
These are separate positions, and candidates may apply for either role depending on their technical expertise.
Role 1: Lead Cloud Security & DevSecOps Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security and DevSecOps Engineer to develop and automate security controls across enterprise cloud environments.
Key Requirements:

Strong Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience.
*
Hands-on OPA/Rego policy-as-code development.
*
Azure Policy and GCP security governance, including IAM and organisation policies.
*
Wiz CNAPP/CSPM experience.
*
Python development for security automation and API integrations.
*
CI/CD security integration, automated scanning and compliance controls.
*
Experience delivering cloud security solutions in regulated environments.
*
Exposure to AI/LLM-driven security automation, including tool calling, policy generation and MCP.
Location: London
Role 2: DevOps Platform engineer – Harness & Ansible
We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to build and manage centralised enterprise CI/CD and automation services.
Key Requirements:

Advanced Harness CI/CD administration, including pipeline-as-code and template management.
*
Strong Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Ansible Core experience.
*
Development of reusable Ansible Playbooks, Roles and Collections.
*
Experience managing centralised automation platforms supporting large engineering organisations.
*
Docker and Kubernetes experience.
*
Ansible inventory management, execution environments and RBAC.
*
Security guardrails, secrets management and automated compliance scanning.
*
API integration with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub/GitLab and monitoring platforms.
*
Strong platform-as-a-product mindset and technical documentation skills.
Location: Leeds, Halifax, Manchester or London
Working Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
Duration: 12 months
