About the Role

Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Fire & Security Administration Assistant to join their growing team. This is a varied administrative role supporting the day-to-day operations of our fire and security business, ensuring engineers, customers, and office processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer
• enquiries professionally.
• Schedule engineer appointments and manage daily work
• diaries.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other customer
• documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and job files.
• Process service reports and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and engineers regarding
• appointments and ongoing work.
• Order equipment and manage stock administration where
• required.
• Assist with compliance documentation and certification.
• General office administration duties.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
• Outlook).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous administration experience (essential).
• Experience within the fire and security, construction, or
• engineering industry (preferred but not essential).
• Must have Drivers License due to location
