Fire And Security Engineer
A Plus Security are a NSI and BAFE accredited fire and security integrater based in Southend–On–Sea mainly working in and around London. We work on a variety of sites including education, high end hospitality, high end residential, healthcare, retail and construction sites. We are currently looking for an experienced engineer to join our team of 12 engineers/apprentices in the London region and covering works nationwide on occasion.
The right Fire And Security Engineer candidate would have experience and qualifications on:
Fire alarm– 3+ years experience is preferred in Commissioning, service, small works. Advanced, CTEC, Kentec addressable systems. Gent knowledge an advantage but not essential.
Security Systems– 3+ years experience is preferred in IP CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Intercoms. It would be advantageous to be trained in Avigilon, FLIR, Cathexis, Salto, Paxton, Gallagher, Texecom but not essential as training can be provided.
Other skills– Client facing role, presentable, working with others, training apprentices on site, timekeeping and proffessional manner are all very important to us.
Clean driving license essential
ECS card is preffered
An enhanced DBS check and security screening will be carried out on the succesful engineer due to works on government and school sites.
