Engineering Manager

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid, 2 days in-office per week)

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000

  • 10% Corporate Bonus

    

    We are seeking a skilled and passionate Engineering Manager to join our clients team in Glasgow, focusing on mobile application security and cybersecurity. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a drive to mentor and grow their team while delivering high-quality software solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.
    Create and communicate execution plans, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
    Oversee technical discussions and resolve challenges in mobile application security.
    Promote a culture of innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement.

    

    Technical Skills:

    • Experience with mobile app development tools like Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode.

    • Knowledge of security principles, including encryption and secure coding practices.

    • Expertise with debugging tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, and Frida.

    • Familiarity with Android development (e.g., Kotlin) is a plus.
