Data Output Operator

Peterborough

£25,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday – Standard Office Hours

22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (rising annually to 25 days + BH)

Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Data Output Operator to join a well-established and growing print and communications business based in Peterborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong PC skills who enjoys working with data, has good attention to detail, and thrives in a supportive team environment. Previous industry experience is not essential – personality, work ethic and willingness to learn are key.

As a Data Output Operator, you will be responsible for processing client data and preparing it for a variety of print output methods. You will also provide technical support to colleagues when required and ensure all data is handled accurately and securely.

Key Responsibilities

* Processing client data for output across various print media

* Logging and preparing client data for processing

* Troubleshooting and resolving data processing issues

* Reporting technical or processing issues to the Head of Print Output

* Providing technical support to staff when required

* Producing and distributing processing schedule reports (when required)

* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures

* Completing required training

* Adhering to Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) policies

* Supporting the wider team with additional duties as needed

* Strong PC and IT skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good data handling and problem-solving ability

* Basic technical support knowledge

* Organised and able to manage workload effectively

* Positive attitude and strong team ethic

* Willingness to learn and develop
