Are you a seasoned Cyber Security Consultant looking to make a significant impact?


We’re seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our established Managed Service Provider (MSP) on a permanent basis. With over 30 years in the industry, we’re proud to serve a prestigious international clientele spanning professional and financial sectors, including leading private equity and legal firms.


The Role:

This hands-on position involves building out our Manager Security Services team, reporting directly to the Professional Services Director. You’ll be instrumental in delivering tailored security solutions to our clients, drawing on your extensive experience in the MSP/MSSP landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and leading remediation of security assessments, technical testing, and vulnerability analysis (Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, NIST CSF).

Delivering and supporting security projects from inception to completion.

Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the security lifecycle.

Demonstrating strong leadership in both team management and project delivery.

Leveraging technical expertise in security technologies (Microsoft XDR stack, vulnerability management tools, SIEMs including Sentinel).

Contributing to incident response and driving operational improvements.


Your Profile:

Proven track record as a Cyber Security Consultant or vCISO within an MSP/MSSP environment.

Strong client-facing skills, including delivering workshops and reporting sessions.

Background in Security Operations, Network Engineering, Software Development, or Infrastructure Support.

Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CYSA+, Security+, CISM, CEH, Microsoft Security).

Hands-on experience with security assessments, testing, and remediation.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.

In-depth knowledge of security technologies and their application.

Experience in incident response and security operations.


The Offer:

Salary of up to £80,000
