Overview

I’m partnering with a not for profit organisation to help them find a CISO who can take them on a maturity journey and deliver transformation.

This is ideal for someone who has been accountable for taking a security function through a maturity journey and thrives in complex, regulated environments. You’ll be building new cyber capabilities and joining at a key point of the transformation with the opportunity to shape and influence what the future of cyber looks like at the org.

They’re looking for a pragmatic leader who can operate both strategically and tactically when required. If you are someone who can engage stakeholders, oversee technical delivery, and help transform the security culture within and org we’d love to hear from you.

Experience/Qualifications

Leading a security function through a maturity journey
Delivering Transformation
Operating in regulated environments
Building new “best in need” cyber capabilities from scratch
Bringing stakeholders on the security journey

Details

Location: London or Manchester – Hybrid
Salary: up to £108,000-£120,000
Pension: non contributory up to 15%
