Business Development Executive – IT Solutions

Location: Norwich Outskirts

Hours: 40 hours per week,

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus (OTE c. £15k) + Benefits

About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Executive to join the team. You’ll take ownership of driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets, working closely with the Business Development Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is keen to make an impact in a growing IT business.

Proven track record in sales, ideally within a B2B environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Strong decision-making and negotiation skills Dynamic, enthusiastic, and results-driven Reliable, consistent, and proactive in approach Creative problem-solving skills

Previous experience within the IT industry (beneficial but not essential)

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business sales opportunities from prospecting through to deal closure Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver the right IT solutions Attend industry networking events to maximise brand exposure and generate leads Conduct warm sales calls with existing customers to upsell additional IT products and services Focus on quote creation, business development, and client relationship management Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships Consistently deliver against sales targets and contribute to departmental growth Work closely with the Business Development Director to meet KPIs and align with company strategy
