Business Analyst - Cyber, IAM, SailPoint

Up to £600 per day - Inside IR35

My client is an instantly recognisable Global Insurer who urgently require a Business Analyst with extensive experience on IAM or cybersecurity programmes within large, highly federated organisations.

Key Requirements:

Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst experience within IAM or cybersecurity programmes, including SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow implementations.

Strong understanding of IGA (Identity Governance Administration) processes, including access lifecycle (JML), access models, entitlement structures, certifications, attestation, and RBAC/role modelling.

Proven ability to analyse identity data flows, directory services (AD/LDAP), and support API‑based integrations and application onboarding.

Skilled in collaborating with security, infrastructure and application teams to define and refine identity governance requirements.

Advanced proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling (BPMN, Visio, etc.).

Proven expertise in identifying "as-is" and "to-be".

Strong analytical mindset, able to translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for SailPoint.

Excellent stakeholder facilitation, communication, workshop leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
