IT Solutions | £40,000–£50,000 | Hybrid (Wimbledon, SW19)

Are you an experienced B2B Marketing Manager looking for a role where you can take real ownership of campaigns and see the impact of your work? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established IT solutions business that partners with global leaders in cloud, cybersecurity, and data resilience.

The role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety – one day you’ll be driving lead-generation campaigns across email and digital, the next managing automation workflows, analysing data, or coordinating corporate events. You’ll be the person making sure marketing activity runs smoothly day-to-day, working closely with the Sales team and reporting into the Marketing Director.

The role includes:

  • Delivering quarterly B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and more.

  • Running nurture workflows, lead scoring, and ensuring marketing-qualified leads flow into Sales.

  • Managing SEO, website updates, and digital brand presence.

  • Overseeing social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, X) to maximise campaign reach.

  • Creating marketing assets and sales collateral to support the Sales team.

  • Organising and attending tradeshows, roundtables, and other corporate events (UK travel involved).

  • Ensuring CRM and marketing databases are accurate, segmented, and fully GDPR-compliant.

  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting on ROI.

    What’s needed:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a focus on lead generation.

  • Confidence with marketing systems, CRM platforms, and automation tools (experience with HubSpot, Dynamics 365, GA4, SEMrush or similar is useful, not essential).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Strong numeracy and spreadsheet capability (tested at interview).

    What’s on offer:

  • Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience).

  • Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the Wimbledon office, 2 days remote.

  • Flexibility: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30) or part-time pro-rata options available.

  • Start date: November 2025.

This role offers the chance to work with an established IT solutions provider, delivering impactful campaigns in a fast-moving and highly relevant sector. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in B2B marketing and make a visible impact in a growing business
