Do you love helping get things done? Are you organised, detail-focused, and passionate about continuous improvement? Do you enjoy supporting business operations and making a meaningful impact? Whether you're looking to step into admin support for the first time, or you're ready to build on existing administrative or finance experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a world-leading company.

Founded in 1984, 4S DAWN Clinical Software is a specialist healthcare software company providing decision support for the long-term safety monitoring of patients with chronic conditions. Our products are used by top health systems around the world to keep patients safe, and we’re proud of our reputation for innovation and reliability.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our small but ambitious team.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A methodical, organised approach to work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills – you’ll be supporting with quotes, invoicing, purchasing, and accounts
  • A team-player mindset – willing to adapt, collaborate, and cooperate
  • A high work ethic, with the drive to deliver and take ownership of tasks
  • An interest in healthcare, software, or quality/compliance
  • A degree (or equivalent), or relevant experience in administration, finance, or customer support
  • Experience with ISO-certified systems (such as ISO 13485, ISO 27001, or ISO 9001) is desirable

This role might particularly suit someone with experience as an accounts clerk or technician, or someone ready to grow from an administrative or customer service background.

    In this role, you will:

  • Support day-to-day business operations including quotes, invoicing, purchasing, and customer records
  • Help with the administration of our quality and information security management systems
  • Complete some internal audits and help ensure ongoing compliance with relevant standards
  • Support internal coordination across departments as the company grows and adapts
  • Assist with marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and customer communications
  • Contribute to process reviews, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Invoicing, purchasing, company and customer records
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and wider team across admin, compliance, and customer support

To help you gain hands-on understanding of our technically involved products and the needs of our customers, the role may include an initial induction period on our technical support desk. This experience provides valuable product exposure and insight into real-world use, and can accelerate your progression within the business.

We’re a small, collaborative company with a strong track record – many of our staff have been with us for years. We offer a varied and flexible role with real scope for development. The role could develop into a more senior position in operations, customer success, sales, technical support, or regulatory affairs, depending on your interests.

    Why join us?

You’ll be joining a mission-led team committed to making medication monitoring safer for patients worldwide. We offer a friendly, flexible working environment (currently split between home and our Milnthorpe office), and the chance to make a real difference in a company where your contribution matters.

Please note: the successful candidate will need to live within a commutable distance (approximately 20–30 miles) of Milnthorpe, Cumbria.

So, if you’re ready to take on a key role in a healthcare software company and build a career in administration, operations, or customer support, we’d love to hear from you.

Where to Advertise Cyber Security Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise cyber security jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards, communities and channels that reach offensive, defensive and GRC security talent. The candidate pool is small, heavily vetted and in high demand across government, financial services, critical national infrastructure and the private sector simultaneously. Many of the strongest candidates hold active security clearances, are not actively job-searching through general platforms, and move primarily through specialist networks and trusted referrals. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that security professionals expect. Specialist platforms, government-affiliated channels and cleared candidate networks each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by CybersecurityJobs.tech, covers where to advertise cyber security roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.

Cyber Security Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

Cyber Security Jobs UK 2026: roles, salaries and the threat intelligence, cloud security and zero-trust hiring trends shaping UK cyber careers. Cyber security is one of the few sectors where demand for talent has never once dipped. Every major technological shift of the past decade — cloud migration, remote working, AI adoption, the proliferation of connected devices — has expanded the attack surface that security professionals are expected to defend. And every expansion of that attack surface has generated more jobs. But the cyber security jobs market of 2026 is not simply a larger version of what it was three years ago. It is a structurally different market. The threats have evolved, the technologies used to combat them have changed, the regulatory environment has tightened considerably, and the roles being created reflect all of that. A job seeker who understands only the cyber security landscape of 2023 is already working with an outdated map. The candidates who will thrive over the next three years are those who understand where the sector is heading — which specialisms are attracting the most investment, which technologies are reshaping defensive and offensive security practice, and how the definition of a cyber security professional is broadening well beyond the traditional image of a network defender in a SOC. This article breaks down what the UK cyber security jobs market is likely to look like through to 2028 — covering the titles emerging right now, the technologies driving employer demand, the skills that will matter most, and how to position your career ahead of the curve.
