This holistic approach not only enhances academic offerings but also prepares candidates for successful careers in this critical field, ensuring they are well-equipped to tackle evolving cyber threats.
In the first three months of the Bridewell Academy, you will undergo comprehensive onboarding, where you’ll meet your manager and assigned buddy, who will guide you through the initial stages of your journey. During this time, you’ll gain exposure to our Security and Compliance team, allowing you to familiarise yourself and gain a better understanding of Cyber Security.
Following this, you'll enter a six-month period primarily focused on shadowing and gaining exposure to clients. By the 6 to 18-month mark, your training will have taken root, allowing you to work full-time on client-based projects. You will have accumulated enough experience to confidently pursue relevant course.
