Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing and forward-thinking business in their search for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to clients across a range of sectors, including care and legal.

The Role:

As a key member of the support team, you will provide high-quality remote IT support to a diverse client base. You'll manage incoming queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and take full ownership of tickets through to resolution using industry-standard PSA and RMM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient and professional remote IT support
Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager)
Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices
Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including email and client configuration
Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
Promote and adhere to cyber security best practices

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
Experience with Windows OS installation and software configuration
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
