This role is ideal for a currentSenior Director or VP-level leaderwith deepchannel salesexperience across EMEA, who is now ready to step into full regional ownership of a$180M+ business, leading a team of70+ sellers.

🔑What You’ll Do:

Lead all go-to-market sales initiatives across EMEA.
Manage and scale a high-performing regional team (70+), driving new ARR and customer expansion.
Operate in a100% partner-ledenvironment – no internal conflict between direct and channel.
Drive channel engagement, pipeline growth, and deal execution through strategic partners, VARs, and MSPs.
Collaborate with executive leadership across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent growth.

🎯What You Bring:

Current or previous experience asVP or Sr. Director of Sales or Channel Sales in EMEA.
Proven success leading teamsat scale(50+ headcount, $100M+ territory).
Background inmid-sized cybersecurity vendors– ideally post-Series B/PE-backed environments.
Demonstrated success growing business throughpartner ecosystems.
Comfortable operating with leaner support functions – hands-on leadership style.

Proven EMEA-wide leadership experience with quota-carrying responsibilities.
Strong background incybersecurity and channel sales.
Skilled in leading transformational change and inspiring teams.
Data-driven, strategic thinker.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
