We’re partnering confidentially with ahigh-growth, channel-led cybersecurity companyto identify a commercially driven, people-centricVP of Sales, EMEA.


This role is ideal for a currentSenior Director or VP-level leaderwith deepchannel salesexperience across EMEA, who is now ready to step into full regional ownership of a$180M+ business, leading a team of70+ sellers.


🔑What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all go-to-market sales initiatives across EMEA.
  • Manage and scale a high-performing regional team (70+), driving new ARR and customer expansion.
  • Operate in a100% partner-ledenvironment – no internal conflict between direct and channel.
  • Drive channel engagement, pipeline growth, and deal execution through strategic partners, VARs, and MSPs.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent growth.


🎯What You Bring:

  • Current or previous experience asVP or Sr. Director of Sales or Channel Sales in EMEA.
  • Proven success leading teamsat scale(50+ headcount, $100M+ territory).
  • Background inmid-sized cybersecurity vendors– ideally post-Series B/PE-backed environments.
  • Demonstrated success growing business throughpartner ecosystems.
  • Comfortable operating with leaner support functions – hands-on leadership style.
