Voice & Data Network Analyst

About the Role

As our Voice & Data specialist, you’ll report into the Communications & Information Security Manager and act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting the delivery of secure, reliable and high‑quality services across the business. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to ensure our Voice & Data systems are compliant, resilient and continuously improving.

You’ll support both project delivery and operational excellence; bringing innovative thinking, strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering consistent, secure and cost‑effective Voice & Data services across the business
Monitoring system availability, capacity and performance—driving enhancements where needed
Supporting IT projects and change initiatives with Voice & Data expertise
Providing expert 2nd‑line support in line with SLAs
Investigating incidents, escalating where appropriate and contributing to root‑cause analysis
Ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOx, GISP and internal control processes
Liaising with vendors to maintain high service standards
Supporting continuous improvement across processes and technologiesKey Stakeholders

You’ll partner with:

Senior Voice & Data Analysts, Security Analysts, Change & Release Managers
Project Managers, Software Asset Managers & Operational Systems teams
Business IT users, Internal Auditors & External Auditors
A range of software, hardware and professional service providersWhat You’ll Bring

Qualifications & Experience

Degree‑level education or significant relevant industry experience
ITIL certified/trained
Technical knowledge in one or more areas such as:
Cisco, Meraki, Avaya
MPLS, SD‑WAN, SIP
Experience designing and delivering solutions aligned to business needs
Vendor engagement and third‑party hosting experienceSkills

Strong communicator (technical & non‑technical)
Creative thinker with rigorous implementation skills
Excellent problem analysis and solution design abilities
High‑quality documentation skillsBehaviours

Results‑driven, resilient and highly committed
Persuasive and confident in influencing others
Methodical, flexible and supportive
Quick to act with a positive “can‑do” approach
