Our team are currently looking to recruit a Technology Lead specialised in Network Security Engineering to join our Global Infrastructure Engineering function within Computershare Technology Services.

A role you will love

As one of our Technology Leads, we will be looking for you to take ownership of the Network Security Engineering space by leading from the front.

The Technology Lead - Networking Security Engineering is accountable for leading the technical direction and implementation of our network security strategy and infrastructure.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Owning and maintaining the network security architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices that guide the wider organization.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to network security engineering teams focused on data centre and enterprise network security infrastructure.
  • Leading the design and implementation of network security architectures for complex solutions, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Working proactively with compliance, risk, and security functions to identify and address network security-related issues and blockers, including vulnerability management, threat intelligence integration, and security audits.
  • Collaborating closely with Security, infrastructure, and global development teams to ensure our data centre network is secure, scalable, and aligned with industry and regulatory standards.


What will you bring to the role?

As one of our Technology Leads, you will have significant experience in a technical lead or senior network security engineering role with a focus on enterprise network security. You will also display the ability to lead by example in implementing a new strategic plan.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Expert experience in the design and implementation of a diverse range of network security solutions and services.
  • Experience in working with relevant network security vendors.
  • Experience in the implementation of architecture processes and governance.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term implications and decisions.
  • Strong capability to collaborate and communicate well, building great working relationships, influencing others, and showing a high level of curiosity.
