Your role
As a Team Manager, you'll oversee a team of 5 social workers, guiding them to ensure high-quality assessments and interventions for the families of Bromley. You'll manage approximately 50 families at any given time, leading your team to success while ensuring a positive work-life balance.

A registered Team Manager (SWE) with a passion for social work and experience in relationship-based practice.
A leader who can build strong relationships with families and professionals, creating positive change for children.
