Senior Site Manager – Tier 1 Contractor

📍 Leeds | 💰 Up to £75,000 + Package + Bonus | 🏗️ Permanent

Our client, a leading Tier 1 main contractor, is expanding its operations in Leeds and is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team on a flagship £100m+ high-rise concrete frame BTR scheme.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven site leader to take ownership of a high-profile project and help shape the contractor’s long-term growth in the region.

🔧 The Role

Acting effectively as the Project Manager on-site, you’ll be the central driving force behind all aspects of construction delivery. You'll oversee a well-structured team including package managers, engineers, and a logistics lead—ensuring smooth execution from sequencing to completion.

You’ll be responsible for:



Full site leadership and operational control

*

Programming, sequencing and delivery strategy

*

Overseeing scopes of work across multiple trades/packages

*

Managing progress, site coordination and daily reporting

*

Driving safety, quality and performance

*

Being the primary liaison between site and wider project leadership

👤 About You

We’re looking for a confident, capable and well-rounded construction professional, ideally with experience delivering high-rise residential or complex concrete frame projects.

You will be:

*

A natural leader with strong communication and coordination skills

*

Experienced running large-scale projects (£50m+) as a Senior Site Manager or similar

*

Knowledgeable across a broad range of construction packages and methods

*

Comfortable with programming tools and project sequencing

*

Able to drive quality and progress with attention to detail

*

Forward-thinking—ready to step into a Project Manager role in future (or happy to stay at senior site level and thrive there)
