Salary:£45k - £50k (+ £5k bonus per year)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Engineer to join a dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV systems, as well as a strong knowledge of access control systems. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure systems are functional, reliable, and meet security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:Set up and configure CCTV systems and access control systems at client sites.
• Servicing & Maintenance:Conduct regular servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of security systems.
• Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve issues with CCTV and access control systems promptly and effectively.
• Client Interaction:Provide clear, professional guidance to clients on the use and features of their security systems.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate records of installation, service visits, and equipment.
• Compliance:Ensure all installations meet industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience installing and servicing CCTV and access control systems.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in both analog and IP-based CCTV systems; knowledge of access control software and hardware.
• Problem-Solving Ability:Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Customer Service:Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to clients clearly and confidently.
• Driving License:Full driving license required for travel to client sites.
