The team you'll be working with: Job Title: SeniorSecurity Consultant (Architecture – AI Specialist) Overview: We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect with astrong specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI) security. Theideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing,and maintaining robust security architectures for AI-poweredapplications and infrastructure. You will play a critical role inidentifying and mitigating security risks associated with AI,ensuring data privacy, and promoting ethical AI practices. Thisrole requires a deep understanding of both traditional securityprinciples and the unique challenges posed by AI technologies. Whatyou'll be doing: - AI Security Architecture: - Design and implementsecure architectures for AI/ML models, data pipelines, and relatedinfrastructure. - Develop security policies and procedures specificto AI systems. - Evaluate and select security tools andtechnologies for AI environments. - Risk Assessment and Management:- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities andthreats specific to AI systems. - Develop and implement riskmitigation strategies for AI-related security issues, includingadversarial attacks, data poisoning, and model bias. - Monitor andreport on AI security risks and compliance. - Data Security andPrivacy: - Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive data usedin AI applications. - Implement data security controls andencryption techniques for AI datasets. - Ensure compliance withrelevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). - Ethical AI:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for ethical AIdevelopment and deployment. - Promote awareness of ethicalconsiderations related to AI, including bias, fairness, andtransparency. - Assist in the development of AI governanceframeworks. - Security Best Practices: - Provide expert advice andguidance on security best practices for AI development anddeployment. - Stay up to date on the latest AI security threats andvulnerabilities. - Conduct security audits and penetration testingof AI systems. - Collaboration: - Collaborate with data scientists,AI engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure security isintegrated throughout the AI lifecycle. - Communicate securityrisks and recommendations effectively to both technical andnon-technical audiences. What experience you'll bring: - 7+ Yearsexperience in a Cyber/Information Security Role. - Hold a currentand relevant Security Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM). -Extensive knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, andstandards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). - Proven experience as aSecurity Architect, with a strong focus on AI security. - Deepunderstanding of AI/ML concepts, including model development, datapipelines, and deployment. - Strong understanding of ethical AIprinciples and practices. - Experience with AI security tools andtechnologies. - Knowledge of adversarial machine learningtechniques. - Familiarity with AI governance frameworks. -Experience with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR,CCPA). - Experience with DevSecOps practices. - Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complexsituations and develop effective solutions. - Excellentcommunication, collaboration, problem-solving and presentationskills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. -Experience in cloud security is highly desirable. - Ability toobtain UK government SC clearance.
