This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of modern cloud, infrastructure, and security technologies while collaborating with experienced engineers and engaging directly with senior customer stakeholders.

Your Role Requirements

Lead the delivery of customer projects across cloud, infrastructure, virtualisation, networking, security, and Backup & DR

Design, review, and implement technical solutions, including proof-of-concept and production deployments

Deliver Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions, including customer migrations

Work autonomously with senior customer stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations

Identify gaps in customer environments and communicate opportunities to sales teams

Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for all delivered solutions

Provide expert technical guidance to customers and internal colleagues

Participate in evaluating new technologies, tools, and processes

Maintain and promote strong information security practices

Participate in training and upskilling activities to support new technologies and services

Contribute to peer review processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain a high level of professionalism as a representative of the business

Demonstrate excellent time management, organisation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Commit to ongoing professional development and maintaining relevant certifications

Willingness to travel when required

Your Experience & Skillset

Essential

10+ years’ hands-on experience in the IT industry, ideally within project delivery, systems implementation, or multi-customer environments

5+ years’ professional experience delivering:

Microsoft Azure solutions

Microsoft 365 / Office 365 migrations

Server migrations in Microsoft environments

Strong experience across:

Networking

Storage systems

Virtualisation platforms

Device management (Intune, Autopilot)

IT Security, including EDR and XDR solutions

Backup & Disaster Recovery (experience with Commvault, Veeam, or Microsoft solutions desirable)

Proven experience working directly with customers in an MSP or similar multi-client services environment

Ability to manage multiple project issues simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset

Proactive, accountable, and able to prioritise workload independently

Ability to identify when to engage third-party support and escalate appropriately

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable

Third-level qualification in an IT-related discipline

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Experience working with ConnectWise Manage / Automate
