As a Senior Product Manager at eye security, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our product vision. You will be a hands-on leader, working closely with a talented team of product managers, designers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts to bring innovative solutions to the market. Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and company OKRs.

  • Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer requirements and problems through product discovery, user research, data analysis, and market trends. Translate these insights into product requirements and user stories.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, legal, customer success and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.

  • Go to Market: Define GTM plans with the product marketing team to deliver and communicate a clear and precise launch strategy for your products

  • Partner and supplier relationships: Have previous experience of managing 3rd party supplier relationship s and understanding the needs and business requirements of our MSP and partner network, with a strong focus on growth

  • Agile & Data-Driven: Embrace agile methodologies and utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating new technologies and trends in cybersecurity and product development.

What you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering technology solutions that solve customer problems in a fast-paced environment, using product discovery & OKRs.

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build both internal/external relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
