Senior Manager - Insurance Internal Audit and Risk Consulting - Bermuda
We're on the hunt for a Senior Manager - Insurance Internal Audit and Risk Consulting for a role based in Bermuda. This is an exciting chance to join a leading global firm and work with a diverse range of insurance industry clients in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Internal Audit services to insurance clients.
Advise on Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
Lead Enterprise Risk Management advisory and assurance services.
Conduct IPO readiness reviews.
Offer insights on governance, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Assist with business process design and operational reviews.Key Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in insurance Internal Audit and Risk Management/Compliance advisory.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulatory framework.
A professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA) is a plus.
Experience with SOX, financial reporting processes, and SOC reporting (ISAE3401/SSAE16) is beneficial.
Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.Benefits:
