Due to increasing demands across high-impact IT and infrastructure programmes, they are seeking aCyber Security Architectural Leadto provide specialist oversight, assurance, and leadership in all areas of information risk and security architecture.

THE INFORMATION SECURITY ARCHITECT ROLE:

Act as the primary security architecture lead for complex IT systems and programmes
Develop and apply security architecture principles aligned with HMG, MoD, and NCSC standards
Guide solution architects on embedding security controls and designs across project lifecycles
Review and assure high/low-level solution designs for compliance and risk mitigation
Facilitate system accreditations and interface with NCSC and other national authorities
Conduct technical risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and IT Health Checks
Lead Security Working Groups and represent security interests in cross-functional settings
