Our Opportunity:

As a Channel Account Manager for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Snyk's relationships with new and strategic partners. You will work closely with our partners to drive revenue growth, build pipeline, and ensure mutual success. This role requires a proactive, driven individual with a strong background in channel sales and a deep understanding of the EMEA market.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

Build an EMEA channel plan focused on the development and execution of a strategic and new channel partner plan in region to grow pipeline and revenue across EMEA. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that align with Snyk’s goals and values. Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement, communication and executive alignment are in place. Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, marketing strategies, sales initiatives and territory account planning. Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and support to effectively sell Snyk's solutions. Work closely with the Snyk sales team to align partner efforts with overall sales goals and strategies. Represent Snyk at industry events, partner meetings, and other engagements to build and strengthen relationships. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position Snyk’s offerings.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the software or cybersecurity industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partnerships in the EMEA region. Business proficiency in the French language. Strong understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural and business nuances. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with partner management tools and CRM systems. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events.
