 We are looking for a Head of Information Technologyat The Ivy Collection! 

TheHead of Information Technology is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of all technology initiatives, systems, and infrastructure within the company. This role oversees the entire technology department, from software development and IT operations to innovation and digital transformation. The Head of Technology works closely with other C-suite executives to ensure that technological resources are aligned with the company’s goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

Develop and execute the technology strategy that supports the company's overall vision and business objectives. Lead and inspire the technology team to achieve excellence in technology development, infrastructure, and service delivery. Advise and collaborate with the executive team to ensure technology is a key enabler of business success. Technology Roadmap & Innovation: Oversee the design and implementation of the technology roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business needs, market trends, and customer expectations. Drive technological innovation and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, product offerings, and customer experiences.

Team Management:

Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, developers, data scientists, IT specialists, and other technology professionals. Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement within the tech team.

Product & Solution Development:

Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality software products, platforms, and technical solutions within budget and on schedule. Supervise architecture design, software engineering practices, and implementation of new features or upgrades.

Technology Infrastructure & Operations:

Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance of the systems and networks. Ensure the effective management of data storage, cloud services, and IT support operations.

Budgeting & Resource Management:

Develop and manage the technology department's budget, allocating resources to strategic initiatives and ensuring cost-effective technology investments. Optimize the use of internal and external resources to meet project and operational goals.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure robust cybersecurity practices are in place to protect company data, intellectual property, and customer information. Manage compliance with industry regulations and internal policies regarding technology and data privacy.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

Communicate the technology vision, updates, and successes to key stakeholders, including executives, board members, and clients. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of technology initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

Education: 

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Expertise in technology stack development, cloud architecture, and emerging technologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance regulations.
