Role:
A security engineer is required for a leading London Market insurer & Lloyd's Syndicate with offices worldwide. In the past three years, they have experienced a major restructuring of their divisional teams across the globe, resulting in a significant growth in their headcount, especially within technology. You will play a crucial part to the business in securing their enterprise environment & reducing risk. As part of a team of 4, Your main responsibilities will be to provide operational support & maintenance for security tools & infrastructure, particularly within MS 365 & Microsoft Azure.
You will come from a global or an enterprise organisation, preferably within Insurance & financial services
Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain robust documentation for security tools & solutions Approve all firewall changes to the cloud infrastructure - you will need to have a deep understanding of cloud network security Support enterprise projects & other initiatives within the business Create & maintain environments for the Global Security Services (GSS) to evaluate security solutions, configurations & designs Keep on top of current security policies & news around cyber threats & security Protect enterprise systems & information by promptly responding to security threats & incidents, working both independently & collaboratively to resolve issues Develop & deploy automation scripts to address various security requirements
Skills/qualification required:
Experience with creating scripts in PowerShell or Python Frameworks: NST, COBIT, ISO Microsoft Office 365 Strong experience working with Azure security policy Experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting security solutions Deep understanding of secure architecture & design for IaaS, PaaS & SaaS solutions Strong understanding of cloud concepts (Azure) Certifications: Security, ITIL, CCSP,CISSP
