Position Overview

The Security Architect for Network and Cloud will lead the design and development of the Firm's cloud network security solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing the operation and configuration of cloud security toolsets, and designing and managing CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platform) and CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-native security architectures and solutions.
  • Develop and execute CASB strategies to safeguard cloud services and applications.
  • Establish security policies, standards, and best practices for cloud environments.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits of cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for cloud network security solutions.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise cloud security solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft cloud security tools such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
  • Experience deploying enterprise CASB and CNAPP solutions.
  • Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting network security in cloud environments, including security groups, network ACLs, and load balancers.
  • Strong understanding of IAM solutions, preferably Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Risk assessment skills related to application and network security.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of network security frameworks and compliance standards.
