The role

In this role, you will focus on supporting the members of the EMEA Sales Management team, specifically for the UKISA and Commercial Regions, working closely with the Senior Director of Sales Operations, responsible for reporting, data analysis, forecasting, planning with ad hoc projects and regular reporting.

The successful candidate will be extremely detail oriented and possess strong business acumen. By joining our successful Sales Operations team, you will play an instrumental part in helping our sales team continue year-on-year revenue growth and success.

Your day-to-day

Partnering with the Regional Vice Presidents of the UKISA and Commercial Regions, providing the Sales Operations support as needed

Drive weekly rhythm of the business through operational reviews of KPIs, leading Forecast/Pipeline meetings and coordinating updates on strategic initiatives

Building QBR presentation templates and pulling key data elements

Sales performance tracking for Region/Function

Coordination of sales headcount / staffing goal tracking and reporting

All Hands data and presentation support

Salesforce dashboard / reporting build and support

Business analysis and reporting (standardized and ad-hoc)

Special projects (individual and cross-functional/group)

Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sales GTM process, tracking and administration

Translate global initiatives to Region/Function level and help drive alignment

EMEA level support as needed

What you bring to the team

Prior experience in Sales Operations in at least one of these Regions, coupled with strong communication skills

Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Very good knowledge of SFDC reporting and dashboards

Results oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritise multiple objectives and projects.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be organised, detail and process oriented.
