Job Description

Wavestone UK are seeking to hire a Sales and Finance Coordinator.In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance Department, working closely with the Sales and Finance Coordination team. You will be responsible for managing a specific client portfolio and will have daily interactions with both business and consulting teams.

Your role as aSales and Finance Coordinatorwill include but not be limited to the following: 

Managing the business lifecycle: 

Creating and updating projects in our management tool; 

Compiling and updating client files (collecting and archiving contractual documents). 

Participating in monthly closings: 

Timesheets and re-forecasting from our consulting teams in UK and international offices, in liaison with the Controlling team; 

Qualifying the cut-off on your portfolio. 

Managing the billing cycle based on our internal management tool: 

Billing of services; 

Validation and billing of expenses; 

Managing the client account in your areas (accrued income and deferred income); 

Monitoring and billing subcontracting, maintenance, and product purchases. 
 

Participating in the quarterly accounting closing process: 

Identifying project risks with operational and financial management teams; 

Ensuring the reliability of revenue and purchases for resale; 

Compiling files for auditors. 

Raising awareness among sales teams and project managers on the proper use of management tools (re-estimations, operational statistics, etc.) 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales administration or accounting position 

Rigorous, recognized for your autonomy and proactivity, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.

You are proactive and demonstrate a real sense of responsibility.

Travel and Location 

Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to commute to the office /client site, whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.

Note: Mandatory 2-3 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation
