Qualified Social Worker – MASH Team – Oxfordshire – Join 3D Recruit

Intro:
Are you an experienced and dedicated Social Worker with a passion for safeguarding children at the frontline of intervention? 3D Recruit is seeking Qualified Social Workers with robust Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) experience to join a large and supportive local authority team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a well-structured team environment.

Role Details:



Location: County Hall (2 days per week onsite)

*

Contract Type: Locum – 3-month contract

*

Start Date: ASAP

*

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Friday (37 hours/week)

*

Team Structure: Large team comprising a Team Manager, 3 Assistant Team Managers, 12 Senior Social Workers, 12 Social Workers, and 5 Social Workers

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming referrals and carry out effective triage and risk assessments

*

Work closely with partners including police, health, and education in a MASH setting

*

Apply threshold criteria and make timely, evidence-informed decisions

*

Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date case records

*

Safeguard vulnerable children by identifying and mitigating risks

Essential Requirements:

*

Qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England

*

Minimum of 3 years post-qualification Social Care experience, including significant experience within a MASH setting

*

In-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation and MASH procedures

*

Ability to start immediately

*

Right to work in the UK
