Physical and Cyber Security Lead

Global Tech business are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Security Consultant with a strong background in Cyber security to lead a global review of their current Physical Security state and implement an improved strategy across the entire organisation. Must have Global experience.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

Physical Security Management Experience as well as a background in Information Security Strong understanding of physical security technologies (e.g., access control systems, CCTV, biometric systems) Knowledge of information security principles, including data protection, encryption, and network security. Experience with security incident response and crisis management. Familiarity with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) Own and run a Gap analysis assesment of the current state physical and information security controls Identity gaps, and help to develop and implement a comprehensive security questionnaire to be rolled out globally that integrates physical security and information security measures to protect organizational assets, personnel, and data Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and alarm systems Lead or participate in incident response activities, including physical breaches, data breaches, and other security incidents. Provide detailed reports and recommend corrective actions. Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of security measures and compliance with policies. Relevant certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) are highly desirable.
