We’re looking for an experienced Penetration Tester / Red Team Consultant to join a growing cybersecurity team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality testing services to clients while developing new skills and techniques in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct penetration tests across various environments, including web applications, APIs, and network infrastructure.
  2. Collaborate with clients to assess security vulnerabilities and provide actionable remediation advice.
  3. Develop and enhance testing scripts and tools to improve penetration testing capabilities.
  4. Prepare detailed reports and security advisories for clients.
  5. Simulate real-world attack scenarios to evaluate clients' ability to detect and respond to threats.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in penetration testing or red teaming.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, web application, and API security.
  3. Experience with security testing tools, evasion techniques, and exploitation methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  6. A strong passion for learning and staying ahead of evolving cybersecurity challenges.
  7. Familiarity with DevOps, scripting (Python/Bash), and cloud environments.
  8. Offensive security certifications (OSCP, OSWE, etc.) are beneficial but not essential.
